We want you and your dog to be happy. Here’s how refunds and cancellations work.

Refunds

We know your dog is going to love our food! All sales are final, but we want to make sure you’re satisfied and may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

If you are not happy with your order, please contact us at woof@goodboy.food within 14 days of receiving it. Please be sure to include:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Phone number
  • Explanation of the issue

We’re committed to making things right but as a small business with a perishable product, we’re generally unable to issue refunds.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at woof@goodboy.food with your name and order number within 24 hours of placing your order.
